My journey from marketing professional in Australia to Mindset Coach in Sweden is testament to the transformative power of embracing a positive mindset amidst big life changes. Thinking positively is just the beginning though, as without the deliberate use of our higher mental faculties, we will essentially stay in the same situation.

For me, using my will to persevere through struggles, my imagination and memory to hold my vision of a better life, and fine-tuning my intuition to be guided in the best direction for me, even when it was contrary to what logic suggested was the way to go, has allowed me to make massive strides forward in all areas of my life. And of course, taking definite action!
