PRODUCT AND SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the course or coaching program offered by Kristin Cav Coaching ("Course Provider", "Coaching Provider"), you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not purchase or access the course.
2. Course Description
Course Details: Mindset Renovation online course. Access: Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course via the Xperiencify platform. Coaching program and Hybrid Coaching / Online program.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided in the course, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of the Course Provider or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Use of Content: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the course materials without express written consent from the Course Provider.
4. License Grant
The Course Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial use only. This license ends upon termination of this Agreement or your access to the course.
5. Restrictions on Use
No Sharing: You agree not to share, transfer, or sublicense your access to the course or any course materials to any other person or entity. Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from recording, transcribing, or capturing any part of the course through screen recording or other means without prior written permission. Prohibition of Sharing Course Content: Sharing course content with others is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to sharing login credentials, copying course material, or disseminating any part of the course content through any medium.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment: Payment for the course must be made in full before access is granted.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once access to the course has been provided unless required by law. If a refund is granted, you must cease all use of the course materials. For payment in instalments, failure to pay subsequent instalments on time may result in suspension or revocation of access without a right to refund for payments already made. Protection Against Ineligible Refund Requests: If you choose to offer refunds, eligibility conditions must be clearly outlined in your policy to protect against unfounded refund requests.
7. Participant Conduct
You agree to use the course in compliance with all applicable laws and not in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the course or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of it. Behaviour: Harassment, offensive comments, or any behaviour detrimental to other participants or the Course Provider's reputation will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of access.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which you acknowledge having read and understood.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Course Provider will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Course Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of the course.
10. Disclaimers
The course is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Termination
The Course Provider may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any terms herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the course materials. Termination Rights: If you violate any rules or terms, including but not limited to copyright infringement or inappropriate conduct, the Course Provider reserves the right to suspend access temporarily or ban you from the course permanently without compensation.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the course after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Course Provider concerning the course.Waiver: The failure of the Course Provider to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

What I have realised within my own life is that the more in-tune I am with my inner desires, and when I take action steps towards my higher goals, things tend to go smoother.🙏
